I am Anne Phung Nguyen and I am an Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my stunning wife JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. I emigrated into America with my family and brothers in 1990 when I was just one and a half years old. older. I wouldn't be here sharing my life with you if it weren't since my parents were devoted to perseverance and sacrifice. As I knew I could enjoy a brighter and more promising future, I was determined to make my parents happy. My plan of life was: I would pursue a degree, obtain work in a corporate as well as marry and then buy an apartment. Though I believed that this was the standard for success, life had different goals. In 2013 I found myself dreading going to my corporate position because of the amount of money and fame that did not bring me joyas I believed I was wasting my life off to make a buck when I realized that I was destined to do more. 2013 was the year I discovered my love was exercise. Additionally, I enjoyed getting involved in social activities and giving people back. This took me down a different path, and eventually into the field of personal training. Since 2014 I have been running my first business of a small scale and this year, 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th birthday. For an Asian woman in the industry, there are a few of females like. As coach, my mission is to inspire people and encourage them to lead a healthy and happy life by designing sustainable, healthy and happy lifestyles tailored to the individual's wants and needs. Additionally, I would like others to feel empowered and able to pursue their dreams and achieve anything they would like to achieve in life. My mother's passing in the midst of my career began to gain momentum it caused me to experience the biggest loss in my entire life. She won her 8-year fight with the disease and rests in Heaven along with me in my mind and my heart all the time. It is true that life has a way of providing us exactly what we need even when we're unable to comprehend the lesson in the moment. Many ways, the loss of my mother changed me. It is my belief that I was given another chance to live through her demise. It was Tet/Lunar New Year Day when she died. The opportunity was there to embark on a new journey which gave me the chance to lead a fulfilling and happy life. In my 30's, I'm awake and conscious I am truly aware that I am living the present rather than merely living as I was in my past. My life is revealed to you so to share with those who read my blog with words and experiences. That will let you know you're not alone. It is possible to achieve any thing if you put your thoughts to the task. Therapy is both normal and necessary. The health of a person is the most important source of wealth.
